My Hotel Room
I was tired from a long day at the convention. I decided to go to my hotel room. I checked the key and headed for the appropriate door. When I got there, I noticed another guy heading into my room. I knew him, he was one of the guys in the band. Hmm perhaps there was a mix up and he got the wrong room number. Since my room number was 515 I tried to find room 514 to see if that was the right room. I wandered up and down the halls but could not find a room 514. Finally I find a sing and it showed that the hotel had no room 514. So I went back to my room 515. I figured that they must have assigned me a roommate for the convention.
When I entered, the guy was in there with a girl. Oh I thought, this might be awkward. Then I noticed it was two girls with him. Hmm. Then three. It's starting to get interesting. Then more... now its crowded. Somehow my room had turned into party central with lots of people wandering about. This didn't seem unusual to me. I went and changed, and noticed that my room had a large pool in it. I thought this would be the perfect place to snooze in and get an extra relaxation boost. I woke up before I made it to the pool.

The Simpsons and The Internet
I had to get Internet access working. Since the move, we had to give up the cable modem and order DSL. But DSL wasn't here and we needed Internet access now. So, I decided to install the Simpson's Internet access software. (This stuff is real btw). While doing so I had to reboot several times, sometimes changing the cdrom for some reason. But finally I got it installed. I ran the software. The Simpsons Internet software lets you use the net free as long as their fancy browser thing is running. Well I ran it, it took up half the screen. I stared at it shocked. I clicked a little arrow and it shrank some, only taking up half of what it was taking up. Ok that's good. I tried to minimize it to get it out of the way. It didn't work. I tried to run my other programs hoping they would go on top. They didn't work. Nothing was working like I had hoped. How can I possibly use the net with this stuff. Then I woke up.
