I Am Become Database Boy, Destroyer of Websites!

Ok, so the other day I hear we are backing away from doing this database thinger cause of this and that. I am thinking, well, I've got all this data in spreadsheets, databases just can't be all that hard. A couple of days and a few web tutorials later and I have a working data driven web page that loads and formats all this cool stuff from my database. Way cool!

Aside from that most recent passion, I've played my first ever sessions of table top DnD! It's fun. I am of course, slowly getting pulled in as my usual new hobby spider sense is starting to kick in so I have to buy this or that and read everything I can till I'm blue in the face.

I'm also in the odd game scramble months, that time when no new games are sparkling to my eyes and the older ones are making reappearances. I've bopped thru Alpha Centauri and Civ2 in the last few days and am lookin to try Call to Power if I can find someone with a copy. My attitude is desiring cool engrossing games that don't require intense I need your attention every micro second games like the 3d games or RTS's tend towards.

Sooner or later... I'm going ot have to do my taxes. Shudder.

Ok, don't want to overdue after so long a time between updates. Sip at a time, slowly.
